tools for brake hose change

tools for brake hose change

I have to change the pass side brake line. What tools am i gonna need? I tried using a 12mm for the metal line side and its a hair too big and its starting to strip it. if it strips im screwed. what size do i need? i know i need a line wrench but what size?

Front or rear? I think the front is a 12mm on the line nut and a 5/8" or so on the flex line. I thought I noted them in the comments but obviously I didn't, or they got cut off. Soak it in penetrant for a few days if you can.
