Clean up rear rotors

I am redoing my rear brakes and the car has been sitting for awhile. I am looking
for something to remove the rust off the rotors. Any ideas? I was thinking
of maybe some type of wire wheel. There is more than just surface rust.
Removing them to have them turned is not a option right now. They will
be coming apart again when it gets warmer to change the hoses.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
SM

Re: Clean up rear rotors

Unless you are worried about them looking good for a show car, just drive it. The pads will clean the rust off. Obviously only where they hit though.

Ok, thanks. I never thought of that.
