I have a problem with my Parking brake, The teeth are worn out, so It releases at random times, I cant seem to find parts anywhere for it. Any one gone threw the same thing or have a tip to fix it? The problem became most apperent when i let someone else move my car today and they didnt put it in gear, like 3 hours later pop and my car rolls across the road with children running around. I always put my car into gear so it wont happen again but i need to fix it.

For one, don't let anyone drive your car, especially with a manual,
Insurance is in your name, you have to pay for it when it gets wrecked. Also even if you e-brake works it can snap a cable or bracket, when it does, car rolles. You pay for it.

Mine doesn't work either, but mine is at the drums. Haven't looked into it yet. I just leave it in gear.

Personanlly I think anyone that dosen't leave a manual in gear is stupid. But that's me.

Have you tried year one or classic industries yet?
