ive gotten some what frustrated on my options i cant find a difinitive post, it seems like i can use an upgrade kit form flynbye or at least thats the impresion im getting from various posts. my rear is with the big ford bearing. so can i only use explorer brakes? (if so what year)??? if not should i get different housing ends??
i just ordered it so it might not be too late to make a change.
advice ?? anyone??

 

if you still have time to change the order, get it setup for 4th gen, 98-02, 12" rear discs. A good and not too expensive setup.

 

to which housing end?? 10/12 bolt GM or the large GM ( impala or truck)

 

i guess i should have asked where you getting the rear. Moser will make it with anynumber of housing ends. You need a housing end for 98-02 rear discs, the ones you mentioned are not the same.

 

i ordered straight from moser, im going by what was listed in there ordering info sheet with various ends. those mentioned were the only ones under GM

 

call them and ask for them , i have them. I checked their site and i remember seeing a different list of housing ends that had schematics and dimensions and listed all the possible options.

I ordered my rear from exotic performance.

 

the 4 gen brakes do clear the GTA honeycomb ( as i call them) 16 inch?
and ill callem first thing tomorrow about those ends

 

i know the fronts are an issue. I dont know about the rear
