Weird rear brake caliper problem

Weird rear brake caliper problem
Hi everyone!
Here's what happened.
I have stock drum, no posi rear axle.
When i bought the car i replaced both rear calipers and lines.
Next time i was at service they were changing some worn out out tranny tubes. After guys were done we started scrolling through every tranny mode like you usually do when you replace the oil. At some point (between N and R) something snapped. We though it was something in the tranny, unless we saw liquid coming out of the rear right drum. When we opened it, we saw that one of the caliper's pisons was out. The mechanics said that it was a very rare situation, the pad moved beacause of the trannys quick kick, the piston missed the pad and went out. They put everything back telling me not to worry, that it wont happen again.
Today i was cruising the steets when suddenly my brake pedal snapped and went in more, than i usually does. And i wasn't even braking hard! I immediately though it was that brake caliper. I was very surprised to see the liquid not coming out of the right drum, but from the left now!!!
What the hell is that? Pads are new, there was no wear on the place where the piston hits the pad, both calipers are new, all other hardware in the drum is fine.
Did this happen to anyone else?
How do i fix it so that it wont happen again?

what in the worlkd are you talking about?
do you have rear drum brakes or rear disc brakes?
The pistons can not come out of the disc brakes if they are bolted to the car.
The drum could come appart of the internal pieces are missing, but it would be instant, not after a while of driving.

Come on, i told i had drums like 3 times in my post...
That's why i'm posting this thread, everything is fine in the drums, but this thing keeps happening!

Drums has brake shoes, not pads, and no caliper, the little piston thing is the wheel cylinder.
If the pistons of the wheel cylinder are coming out, then you are missing parts. There is most likely a spring that is missing or not properly installed. Or the adjuster at the bottom of the drum is installed backwards and when it adjusts, it shortenes instead of lengthening.

Sorry, i mispoke, i meant brake cylinder ofcourse, not caliper!
Went to a service today again, put the piston back, everything is in place, nothing is missing, everything works fine. So i think it's just the time doing its job. Noticed, that the cylinders were too close to the drum and the pistons were hitting the brake shoes alittle sideways... had to use a hammer. Now everything seems to be fine, but we'll see how it works in a few days.
