Peddle get hard but does not stop

I read a lot of the posting and could not find my exact problem. I have a sb350 with a demon carb. When I try to power brake, it just pushes the front end. I have 4 wheel disc brakes. Please help

Thanks

have a look at the vaccum line from the manifold to booster. Sometimes the plastic fittings crack or the hose itself might be broken, etc

Re: Peddle get hard but does not stop

could be a problem with your metering valve not allowing enough pressure to be applied to the front.just my .02

Maybe your rear tires have more traction then the front. I know my front tires will just slide when I try to do a brake stand with my car.
