Aftermarket Pads stink, ac/delco is the only way

I spent a couple of days trying to get rear pads for my 84 Firebird s/e. "no these are wrong, there are no clips on the back of the inside pad just flat with no clips" all the aftermarket brakes were wrong... I ended up driving to a acdelco parts house in Van Nuys got original acdelco pads and guess what they were the correct ones geez don't these aftermarket guys know that 83-84 pads in at least a s/e are different then the rest of the third gen years. I could get the correct rotors but forget the pads. the acdelco part number is 17D202M
