prop valve modification?

Car: 1988 IROC-Z28
Engine: L98(383tpi) modified
Transmission: 700R4 rebuilt
Axle/Gears: 3:73 10bolt rebuilt
prop valve modification?

Hey guys,
I thought I remember an old thread of modifying your stock prop valve, but I can't find it. Anyways from what I recall there were also pros and/or cons to it.
So does anyone know that link, or can we start a new one?
