Wilwood GM D52 Dual Piston Calipers
I'm slowly gathering pieces to redo my front end... got some Spohn Tubular a arms and steering kit... I have the stock 82 to 83 15" Turbocast wheels, so I can't really upgrade the size of the rotor, but I think I can use these Wilwood calipers with some better / same size rotors to upgrade...
Anyone know if this is a direct bolt on?

Oh, and what rotor width do these thirdgens have ???
1 inch or 1.28?
Thanks,
Rafael

Won't fit. On Wilwood's site look at the drawings for the D52 caliper and the GM Metric caliper. The metrics are what are currently on your car.
Stock rotor thickness is 1" (with iron metric calipers).

Found these...

Weight savings improvement... But still one piston... don't think it improves much over stock in terms of clamping power...

Re: Wilwood GM D52 Dual Piston Calipers
I did a C4 swap from ed miller and will never look back. My 2001 s10 has esentially the same delco/moraine front calipers as my 89 iroc did, and it stops pretty poorly as well. On the 89 I went so far as to buy rebuilt delco/moraine calipers, slotted rotors, hawks pads, earls lines, new master, it stopped about the same. They are asking a lot for the caliper size to stop that much car in my opinion.
