Piston tool for rear cast iron calipers
I need to screw the pistons back into the cast iron rear calipers on an 88 GTA to make room for new, thicker pads and rotors.
I want to buy the correct tool. I beleive it's a 2 1/8 piston, but I'm not sure, and it's a PITA to remove the caliper just to measure. I also do not want to buy a complete rear disc service tool set, just the appropiate tool for this job.
Can anyone recommend a tool manufacturer, with part number? Link with pic would be fantastic.
Thanks in advance.

If you're just doing this once, give your local Advance Auto or Autozone a shot; they have the correct tool in their loaner sets and it just requires a refundable deposit. I had to replace the pads (and turns out the calipers too, pistons were frozen on both) and went this route since I knew I wasn't going to be using the tool more than once or twice ever. Money better spent elsewhere

Can't you just use a large C clamp? I've always just used a large C-clamp to push piston inwards to add new pads.
