Brake hard line axle brackets?

I've had Ed Miller's PBR rear brake set up installed on my car for 4 years now, using lines from Classic Industries. I've never been able to find the brackets that bolt on to the shock mount on the axle to secure the lines, so I have one line that isn't secured, and the other is secured using a weird aftermarket bracket I found. Any thoughts on where I could find these things?

Both the following sites offer the brackets as part of a package. Perhaps a call might procure them individually.

BTW, the pass side bracket from any thirdgen rear should fit.
