Broken piece on the back side of my brakes, anything important?

Broken piece on the back side of my brakes, anything important?
I think this is just a dust shield and not overly important. But found this today when inspecting my bushings to see what all I was going to replace and just wanted to check if it's anything to be overly concerned about.

You can also see my nice rusty a-arm lol. Yay for nothern bought cars. At least it's only surface rust though, I'm probably gonna take a wire disc to it when I work on my suspension in the next couple of weeks and clean off some of that rust.

those parts are always rusty
its the dust shield, no great loss. Not sure how it broke though.
