Brake light coming on after pv install

So I just finished installing a adjustable summit pv and now whenever I step on the brakes I get the ebrake light flashing in my face. I bleed the breaks with the pressure all the way up and it was just trickling out the rears just like it did before the new pv. My brake pedal would travel about halfway down and then be solid when I was bleeding, it never went to the floor except for when the fronts were bleeding. I have the j65 brakes. I think there mite be something blocking the lines to rear what do you guys think?

It could be the hose section in the back, I had them fill up with rust and debris before.

I don't know how many miles you have on this car, but changing the brake hoses would be a good idea. Steel brake lines generally rust from the inside out and the inside diameter of the brakes lines in the rear are much smaller than up front. As Edwardgp said they can fill up with rust/debris. I would also replace the bleeder screws if you haven't already, as they can rust up and block flow when bleeding the system. The other question is how are you bleeding them? Do you have another person opening and closing the bleeder screw when you push on the pedal? Or are you using a one of those one man brake bleeder kits? The kits generally don't work well because you can still suck air in past the threads on the bleeder screws when releasing the pedal unless you've sealed them.

I would change the brake hoses all the way around and inspect the brake lines themselves. Brake fluid absorbs moisture and sitting there for tens years, you may have some issues with rotting brake lines. My friend has a '75 442 and his rear lines rusted through after sitting for 7 years. The other issue is debris can work their way to the piston seals and can cause them to leak.
