How long does semi-synthetic grease last?

I found a tub of Valvoline semi-synthetic wheel bearing grease that I've had around for about 8 years, its been in the garage so its not climate controlled (10-95 degrees F). How long is it good for? Can I still use it or should I just get rid of it?

As long as all the oil hasn't separated out of the emollient, it's fine.
