What fourth gen rear brakes are these?

What fourth gen rear brakes are these?

I've had these for years, was going to swap to my cutlass but they are going on my camaro instead. Anyone know off hand who makes brackets to mount these to a drum rear?

Okay, so these are LS1 discs. I will read more about this swap and post back. I'd like to do this without cutting my differential. Thanks for the link.
