I recently installed new d/s rotors all the way around and new ceramic brake pads. Whenever i begin to move i get a very embarrassingly loud moaning/groaning noise. The nose goes away after 5mph or so, and when i put pressure on the pedal. It sounds like it is coming from the front.
There is about 200 miles on the brakes
Anyone know what could be causing this?

Nobody has any ideas?
I know what you mean, though I only get this when the car is in gear, wants to move and I release the brakes only far enough for the car to move by about an inch per hour or so.
My suggestion is that the brake pads are sticking.
When going away after 5 mph the brake discs have been able to push the pads away far enough.
Maybe the pads are not on the calipers correctly or the calipers aren't able to retract fully anymore and require an overhaul.
Also, perhaps the new pads are too thick and the issue will solve itself over time.

Are those ceramic pads correct for those rotors?

The pads and rotors came packaged together so i would imagine that they are compatible. Yes, you can spin the wheel with it off the ground. Its possible the pads could not be seated in the caliper correctly. Thanks for the thought.
