What Do These Numbers Mean on The Brake Arm

What Do These Numbers Mean on The Brake Arm

I was pulling the brake pedal arm for a customer and I noticed these numbers/letters on the strike plate (I think that is what it is called).

Anyway, here is what I am talking about:





I found it kind of strange they would be stamped there and be so many characters.

What does this mean, if anything?

14036128 is the GM part number.
