mastercylinder twice
calipers
front flex hoses
rear wheel cylinders
ok so i cant get this .when i pump the brakes and then open the back bleeders it doenst come out freely it just oozes out while the brake pedal is pressed.when its open and i pump the brakes it does come out . ive bled the front and they dont totally release the grip the wheels and i cant turn the hubs by hand and im worried about that anyone that can help me is greatly appreciated. i am suspecting its the combination valve but i cant find a replacement of it

Re: brake system messing up
maybe take your proportioning valve off and check it out for broken springs or gunk that needs cleaned

Re: brake system messing up
There is one more hose you need to change. It is in rear center section of the differential. This feeds both rear wheel cylinders and connects to the metal brake lines. This causes the problems you are having.

On disc brakes there will always be some friction. How many miles do you have on it now after the brake job.

No that isn't normal to have that must drag on the brakes. When you open the bleeder on the front discs does the wheel turn freely then?

Re: brake system messing up
I have seen transmission fluid put into a brake system before when I did shop work. That car got new brake hoses. The master cylinder gasket swelled up something crazy.

Re: brake system messing up
i had a problem with one of my calipers not releasing on my old fiero, all i had to do was spin the piston 180 deg. ... no clue what was wrong with it, i just assumed it was worn to bad, and letting it **** in there a little and get into a bind
