Car: camaro
Engine: chevy small block 350
Transmission: 350th
brake upgrade

just did conversion from stock drum to disc
the problem is i have to step on the brake all the way down for my car to stop
trying to see if i have to change master cylinder or booster brake
the car i have is 1983 camaro sport

You can either change the entire valve or just replace the spring inside the stock valve you have now. Or, get an aftermarket adjustable valve that goes inline. There is a thread here called Cheap Proportioning Valve upgrade. Read through it. It has a lot of good info in regards to the spring change. It takes 5 minutes to change the spring. You will need to rebleed your brakes.
