I would just pull the pistons out yourself, clean them and paint them. PC will eventually peel, it's not the miracle coating everyone makes it out to be. At least with paint you can touch it up.
Killer score there!
Clean with a acid and plastic brush then rinse really well. That will bring back the aluminum look and no paint helps them dump heat faster.
I think Rock Auto has a rebuild service. So does Cardone. Personally, I'd do it myself or find someone local so you can keep an eye on it. would suck to lose it in the mail.
Why not rebuild yourself
Wirebrush will do the trick
G2 is very good last very long but time consuming
duplicolor/vht is close to had good results as well more prep needed
but chips easy clear yellows over time and brake fluid eats it easy
I also feel depending on color stains easier and fades as well
But Best result have been
use etch primer then vht base then 2k high gloss clear
can get on amazon has hardner so won’t yellow etc
Rustoleum works shockingly good for calipers. These calipers brand F calipers on my super beater still look just as rediculous now as they did in 2008ish.
