Hey guys, for anyone doing a home made brake upgrade similar to BigBrakeUpgrade.com or as described on LukeSkaff.com, I have taken the drawings from lukeskaff's website and recreated them with better dimensioning, and made it a pdf that is printable. You can just print it out on 100% scale and use it as a template for when you are cutting your steel brackets. I used it myself and have been running my own brake upgrade kit for over a year now in a daily driver, and it has done fantastic. It fits well and has had no issues.

The PDF has comments on the top right corner that give suggestions on making the bracket and usage. The first two lines are bracket material thickness followed by approximate washer thickness for spacing the bracket out from spindle. The rest are options for different brake and rotor combinations that are supposed to fit with the same basic bracket design. The other combinations only require the caliper holes to be drilled to the corresponding size.

Update: This bracket has been on my car for years now and it still works just fine. I'm just updating the thread to make it easier to search and find the document.
