Hello, I'm looking at replacing the rear drum brake cylinders on my 1986 firebird, and was wondering if the threads on the cylinders are standard, or metric. Thanks in advance.

Re: Metric vs Standard Rear Cylinder

They are metric, and be careful as the standard thread 1/8-27 is really close and will screw together to some extent.
