I had a new caliper and e brake installed about a month ago. I had the car on the lift yesterday and realized that when the ebrake handle was in the "off" position, the brake was still engaged. If I lift up the ebrake a couple clicks, it releases the brake and the wheel will spin freely. If I fully lift up the ebrake handle it engages the brake again.

Is this a bad install? Wrong part?
