SS/CTS-V Brembo Caliper measurement request (custom wheels)

Hey guys, in the process of getting some wheels custom made for my Iroc. Manufacturer is requesting caliper/hub measurements to ensure the spokes clear... Unfortunately I'm still ***** deep into getting my LS/T56 swap 100% in and rest of the car buttoned up. Hoping someone with the same setup (or very similar) would be kind enough to help a fellow Third Gen owner get his dream wheels bolted and driving on my car BEFORE FALL don't want to risk these bad boys not clearing the calipers! 19x9.5 +0mm front and 19x9.5 +15mm rears, just weary about the spokes not clearing the big ole Brembo's.

any measurements provided would be greatly appreciated!!!

Setup
CTS-V1 Brembo's
BigBrakeUpgrade CTS-V1 conversion brackets
5th Gen Camaro SS Rotor's
Third Gen Hubs

here's a picture of car in current state hahaha

What backspacing are you running up front and are you planning on using a spacer?

Fronts are 19x9.5 +0mm offset, which is equivalent to 5.25inch backspacing up front if my math is correct here. I'm expecting to run a small spacer in the fronts, just really hoping the wheels don't get pushed out too far if I do have to end up running a meaty spacer, so the caliper can clear the curvature on the spokes.
