What's the brake issue?

Stock brakes. I have bled the brakes with no issues (lines not clogged?), and replaced the master cylinder. The brakes are horrible, they do not pull one way or the other. It seems unlikely that both calipers are bad, or are they? What am I missing?

How much pedal travel is there? Does it go to the floor? Is the booster in good shape? Good vacuum?

There is quite a but of travel, but I do not bottom it out, i guess it would but I typically down shift to keep control so I don't have to. There is plenty of vacuum. I thinking maybe the proportioning valve? Do those typically go bad and effect both sides when they do?

Sounds like there’s still air in there. You bench bled the master before installing?
