master cylinder to prop. valve brake lines

I'm looking for a set of stock style brake lines that go from the Master Cylinder to the Proportioning valve on a 1986 Trans Am. I see that Hawk's sells a complete front brake line kit, but all i need is 3/16 tube that powers the front brakes because I lost the original. Looking to avoid the fustration that will come with making double flares at home.

Re: master cylinder to prop. valve brake lines

I think I have one of those in the garage. I bought a set when I had to replace the line for the rear brakes because a previous owner had a line lock installed. Why? I have no clue. It was on a convertible that had a 305 and 2.73 gears. I'll see if I can find it. How big of a hurry are you in?

I managed to find the missing part while looking for something else. Had to tear the whole garage apart to find it. Project has been sitting for a while so parts go missing. Thanks for looking and responding.

No worries. Glad you were able to locate the part you needed in your own garage. It's the worst having to order and wait on a random part that holds up an entire project.
