Rear brake caliper bottom bolt
So am trying to get the caliper out of the way to replace the pads. I removed the top bolt and am able to rotate the caliper out a bit only. when I try to rotate it down, the e-brake part hit the differential so it will not move down anymore. Plus I cannot see how the bottom bolt can be removed with all the e-brake stuff in the way. So I did do a search but did not find any hits. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Re: Rear brake caliper bottom bolt
If you have 82-88 rear disc, remove 1 side of the control arm and swing it down out of the way to remove the lower bolt.
it's a crappy design from the 2nd gen cars.
design.if you can, upgrade to 89-97 rear disc and be happier
