thank you for the interest in the car the sound system starts with a,,,,kenwood excelon kdc-590 with the ipod hookup and three gold plated sub jacks and a remote and manual, the front speakers are kicker 4x6 3 way with box, the rear side speakers are sony explodes 3 way, the amp is a 2 channel 800 watt kenwood with remote bass control and two crossovers, the subs are kicker comp series singal voice coil, it is all put together with tsunami amp wire kit. the stereo has a lot more features i just cant list them all. all i know is that it does hit and hard... the only problems with it that i have found is that the a/c needs a charge and a belt put on, the shifting linkage needs to be tighted up a little, it has one bent wheel from previos owner hitting a curb but you do not feel it in less you are going more than 70mph, the previos owners put on some after market cruse control that did not work so the speedo is off by 10 mph or so, the cruse control does not work, need a new paint job and could use a tune up. other than that it is a pretty sound car.

1. would you leave it wired for the subs etc if i didn't take the sound system?
2. is it registered?

yes i will leave it wired for the subs if you do not want the stereo buy the way that is a complete custom box that i built for the subs it is not a plate with subs on it. that is built better than the stereo stores that cost about 300 to 350 bucks i do not know if you would want that in there or not. the car ris restered till 2009, i drive it every day to work and back about a 30 mile round trip. i would not have a problem driving this across the states at all.. one thing about the car it does have a reconsructed tite due to the rear window being smash out buy the previous owners, the let there teen age son drive it. but other than that there is no effects of any thing else . the insurance companies here will total thease cars out for any thing because they are getting harder to find parts for.

 

OK. I really like this car, but right now getting the money for you is my only problem, being 16 and all. Depending on if I can get my dad to help me pay (since he said he would buy me a camaro) it may be pretty soon, but it also may be a while. Hope to get it from you!

you were talking about getting the money to me and i was saying that a lot of people do bank transfers but if you come to pick the car up than that would not be a factor. but if you have it shipped then you make a bank transfer. but what ever you are comfortable with is fine with me. thanks and will wait to here from you..

yes that could be a problem the only thing i can sugest is to meet half way but it would be a wasted trip if you got here and decided that it is not what you wanted or expected. i guess

 

Ya, the other problem is it'll still cost alot to meet half way because it's 10 hours from here. I'm still short on money, but if things change I'll let you know.

 

Is this car still for sale? I live in Klamath Falls,OR (like 150 miles away?). Anyways I have been searching my !!! off for a decent V8 Firebird or Camaro (without the fancy stereo though). Do the accesories inside work? Is it a comfy drive? Looks fairly clean under the hood. Edit: Oh,aside from the paint how is the body (dings/dents?). What kinda gas milage? Smooth shifting?... Have the money & Very interested!

yes the car is still for sale. the only acc. that dont work is the cruse control and the window washer pump and the a/c. the a/c needs to be recharged. i put a new flowmaster, new elbrock carb, new brakes on allfour wheels, new alt, new water pump. i drive it every day to work and back about 20 to 30 miles per day. the body is in decent shape no rust a couple of small dents but nothing major. it rides great and has lot of power for a 305. if you want to you can call me at 541-870-2427 for more info or give me your # and i will call you. you can give me your e-mail address and i can send you some more pics
