I have a 1984 Camaro Z28 that I'm looking to trade or possibly sell. I no this might be a long shot but I'm looking to trade for either a 4th Gen z28 or Trans Am with a 6 speed. Preferably a 96 or newer because of the OBD II computer.

The 84 has been converted to a 350 bored .30 with flat top pistons, comp cam, ported and polished heads, edelbrock performer intake, edelbrock 650 cfm carb, and Hooker Shorti Headers. Full Hooker exhaust with Y pipe that breaks off into duals after the muffler. The car has also been converted to the t5 Borg Warner World Class manual transmission that shifts perfect. Estimated 80K miles on trans and motor has maybe 2K miles on it. The motor and trans have only been in the car for little over 1.5 years. I only drive the car on nice days or to local car shows. Ive completely repainted the underbody to semi gloss black and 3/4s over the engine compartment have been painted as well except for the tuff areas to get at.
Brand New carpet has also been installed in the car as well that really makes the interior pop that much more, plus i replace the seats with ones that have no tears or rips. Dash pad has one small crack on drivers side.
Car also has 17" torq thurst II wheels with tires that have about 80% tread. New pads in the front and drums in the back.

The Bad.
This past summer i blew the rear in the car. Yeah pretty big bummer but ive done the research and you can pick up a nice posi rear for about 250 bucks. If the car doesnt sell or trade I'll end up doing it myself and probably end up holding onto the car because i really love to drive it. The car still drives but there are a few teeth missing out of the pinion gear.
The only other thing that the car really needs is a stereo. I was planning on getting around to it at some point but i really didnt mind just cruising down the road and listening to that beautiful Chevy sound so i had no real rush. Car could use a minor tune up, but other than that the car is a great cruiser.
Car is also a T Top car. And has all stock suspension.
The paint job on the car is indigo blue which is a custom color i had done up with more pearl to really make the car pop with silver racing stripes. I have a quart of the paint so you can always go to your local napa if needed and they can mix up more of the color. The paint job was done in the last 4 years or so and isnt perfect but still looks great.
Ive been offered 6500 on the car at some of the local shows and wasnt ready to get rid of her yet but now I'm really interested in getting my hands on a 4th gen or even a 3rd gen with the ls1 t56 swap. So let me no what you got or what your willing to offer. Thanks for viewing

It's not that it sucks, nobody has money for cars anymore. Much less cars that need work.
