I don't get it. Is the car being sold off by the state because it's non running? If that's the case, can't you push it into a garage or something?

if you're going to lose the car, why hold firm to your $1800 selling price?

I guess I just don't understand what's going on here...

 

He is getting a title because the vehicle was abandoned on his property. I got my GTA titled that way. The pic shows the state form that you use when applying for an Abandoned Vehicle title.

Im half tempted to put a column and fuel pump in it just to drive it around the block sideways I know it has to be a beast of a car.
