88 Iroc 5 speed 305 TPI 76k miles NO LONGER FOR SALE
I have an immaculate 88 Iroc-z 305 TPI 5-speed hardtop - Grey with 76k miles. has been garage kept entire life, never driven in rain and previously owned by older couple. Interior is MINT and car has no rust anywhere or anything near rust. Car has been occasionally driven to enjoy but never raced, no accidentsand clean car fax as well.
I was told car was clear coated under factory warranty in the early 90's. Looks perfectly new with no issues to this day.
I am not desperate to sell but will sale for a good price to someone who appreciates these cars. Not just some kid who wants a daily high school car. Was thinking $8,000 or best offer and i am located in Long Island, NY (Nassau County). i have clean title in hand. Car has every option and all power everything you can get. Exterior has a few small dings on front fender from typical road rash and one small chip on one door otherwise is in perfect condition like new from factory. Interior is gray/black.

I'll need a week or so to get pics of the interior and VIN. I am buried in work and with wedding stuff with family so i need until next weekend to go get more photos. I should have done so before i put the car in storage
... Ran out of room in my garage. I have a photo of the RPO codes somewhere as well.
I want to say the exhaust is a borla cat-back but not 100% sure. thats the ONLY non-original thing on this car.

I asked the previous owner same thing and he wasnt sure.
Only thing i can think of is when the clear coat was reapplied by the dealer they removed and installed new logos in the wrong place or moved by the owner at that time. the pin striping is correct in reference to which color is on top and which is on bottom with this year Iroc.

The exhaust is a Hooker 3" cat back and it also has a Hawks 3rd Gen 3" cat elimnator pipe (not a Autozone clamp on special, lol). The only reason the exhaust was replaced is because the original system had about a 1" split in the seam after the converter and could not be repaired properly.
The car is everything he says it is and then some, by far the cleanest 3rd gen I've ever seen.
Good luck with the sale

I'm never letting this car go after more thought
