My 92 RS with a 350 swap is having a starter issue. When I turn the key it does nothing at all, the security light goes off so I assume it's not a vats issue but when I try to start it there is no noise what so ever. The solenoid doesn't click and I don't hear a relay click. Any thoughts? I'm assuming starter but with these cars there's no telling what I may be overlooking. Any ideas?

Second pull the drivers kick panel by your left foot. That's where the starter relay is. Jump the thick wires and try to turn it over
