hey i was just wondering if anybody wanted to trade a third gen for an v8 swaped s10. its an 89 s10 blazer 2dr. 2wd belltech suspension, mild 350 with 30k on a rebuild. 700r4 with a shift kit. B&M ratchet shifter. 3.73's new interior. its in decent shape, just some rust around rear wheel wells. i was gonna fix it since parts for it are cheap but i just dont have the time. the truck is fun and fast for a suv. i used to always haul friends and crap around but now i dont really need the extra space.

i'm looking for an nice third gen perferably a 350. but a 305 with a 5 speed would be ok. i dont need to get rid of this so i am gonna be kinda picky. i want something in nice shape. or maybe the right cash offer, theres over 4k in the truck so nothing under 2500 for cash.

i have a 86 z28 305 automatic all stock and in pretty damn good shape no rust and the chin is not cracked carmine red silver ground effects and red interior only missing the back plastic hatch cover and no cracks in the dash pad

lol. yeah i wasn't sure if anybody would be interested either. but i just always wanted an f-body as you can tell by me joining way back before i even had a license. but s10's arnt that bad there cool little trucks, perfect if you need to haul people and stuff around but dont want something huge, plus with the 350 swap its still fast. right now i'm up to my eyeballs in a motorswap for the trans am i traded it for.

well if you insist lol. heres the ad.http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/car/273908375.html its not that bad for a little project. i would love a 350 but after doing this motor swap i dont feel like doing it again so i guess i'm gonna end up building the 305 to try to get about 300hp out of it and then let weight reduction do the rest. hopefully by selling the sound system and some of the extras the car came with i can get a decent set of heads ported and a good cam.

Wow, It is very nice. I think you should get some newer firebird tail lights though, I cant stand the older ones. I like it.

i dont mind the old ones that much, its like factory black outs, but i do think they dont quite fit the rest of the car. hopefuly the car will be running by this weekend, because being carless sucks, and i wanna hear this thing sooooooooooooo bad! i only heard a bola on a thirdgen once before and it was awsome, quiet at idle and roar at WOT, but that was an lt1 swaped car so i dont know if its gona be the same. but hey if its not they way i like it i'm sure it could sell it for something else those things are expensive as hell!! $800 for a cat back is crazy in my opinion, but then again i'm a poor student lol

Yeah, You got one nice Trans Am. That S-10 was ugly. I am glad you are now a 3rd gen owner. It is always nice to have a running car.
