Not looking for anything crazy here. Preferably hard top, t top okay, no convertibles. Don't need an engine or trans. I'm looking for a clean car. The most important thing for me is that the quarter panels and undercarriage are not rotted out. I can deal with a little surface rust on floors and fenders and things like that I have a lot of extra parts. I just don't have the place or capability to be cutting and welding. I'll be perfectly happy with any year camaro between 86 and 92 in good shape body wise and am willing to travel a little bit to get it. Looking to spend somewhere in the mid hundreds, let me know what you have. Thanks

I finally got rid of my 91 rot box. Looking for a real project now.
I'm hoping to get:

Preferably a hard top, t tops are okay.

Engine and transmission are not a huge deal (running, blown, non existent, tpi, tbi, whatever)

Good quarter panels (most important)

Floors can have rust. I don't mind as long as they DONT need floor pans. Small holes/surface rust = okay

No frame Rot

Decent interior

5 speed or auto does not matter

That's really it. I can do the mechanical work if you could guess.. Body work not so much.
I would travel to surrounding states for the right car. Please let me know what you have! Depending on what it is I'm in the $0-1500 range.

ther camaros not mine, its my uncles, hes trying to sell it. i think its an 85. dark brown with black ground effects. the floors are in good condition. the frame should be in good condition. its stock with a 305 electronic carb and a700r4 that is being rebuilt because the tranny locked up. it does have a crack in the window tho. its been sitting for a year and a half. ill try and get some pics of it next time im up there.

he all so has a white roller no engine or tranny. needs front bumper and a hood and a lot of love.

 

Sounds good let me know if you can get an asking price and as many pictures of everything as you can. I'd really appreciate that. I'd like to see as many undercarriage pictures as possible as well as floors if you can get at them and inner fenders/quarters. If it's the right car I'd definitely be interested! Thanks! both the floor and the frame look good, i only had a few minutes up there before work. right now he has the engine and tranny are out of the car. hes asking $600 with out the engine and $1000 with it. the tranny will need a rebuild tho.

i have an 86 sport coupe roller with a hard top, the only rust i have found is on the lip of the quarter panel, i have a engine and trans that go with it along with some aftermarket exhaust parts and suspension parts, im looking for 1000 for everything let me know if your intersted and ill get pics of it
