WTB Thirdgen
College Student (going for automotive tech) looking to buy a third-gen. I don't care what year or what version of the car, can have any power plant or power-train, though I would prefer if it came with posi, but if not I will live. Looking for sort of a project, can have some rust and dents. Needs to be running well enough that I can trust that it will drive for 7 hours and be able to take me home the next week. But I don't care if it rides rough or what ever. Looking to spend 1k or less. Any help is much appreciated. Message me on here or email me at Bloodbassist@gmail.com

Will trade my truck for 3rdgen with 350 plus cash. Its a 88 Dodge w100 with a 318 bored .30 over, i know just about everything about this truck. Its got a beefed up 727 tranny. And new tires.

tbh not a bad looking truck, GL man. I'm looking for one like that or a mid to late 80s silverado or k5 blazer when i get some spare money.

thanks man, still no luck. Again I'm looking for a thirdgen camaro. Dream car would be a iroc with a 350. but ill take anything thats around the same value...

im selling a 1985 camaro with a carb 305/5-speed. car has t-tops as well that dont leak.
Original color was blue but is now in 90% primer (by previous owner). Body is in 90% shape. needs some minor body work.
Car doesnt idle when cold and i think the carb needs to be rebuilt. Great project car. It is posted under classifieds.
Asking only $1700 obo. Need to sell for quick cash so let me know.

let me put it this way, i am looking for a turn key car for around 3500, with a 350 or bigger. OR a roller that i can drop a 350 into and go.

Motor has not run with the items listed below, so they are like new condition. Motor is a cast iron 350 small block Chevy with the following bolt-on items on the motor and under the hood I purchased new:
Carburetor - Holly 670CFMvacume secondary Street Avenger (has never had gas in it / never run on engine); Stainless steel hose feed.
Intake - Professional Products "Hurricane"52030/52031; Polished Finish (has never had gas in it / never run on engine)
Hoses - All hose is stainless steel braid. Just the hose clamp type.
Headers - Headman with Ceramicoating.
Valve covers - Two-Piece chrome steel with external breathers.
Radiator - Had a hole in it so will need a new one
Ignition - New MSD 6al box, blaster ss coil, pro billet distributor with vacuum advance
Exhaust - Dynomax system (new) with single muffler and dual tips.
Moroso battery holder in hatchback with heavy copper cable to starter.
Suspension and Drive Train has the following (All new)
Energy Suspension bushings in all locations; Red Polyurathane.
Turbo 700r4 with B&M shift kit and 3,000 RPM stall.
B&M Console Megashifter with T-handle; #80692
10 Bolt GM rear with Auburn positive-track and 3.73:1 factory gears
Fabricated sub frame connectors made from 3 X 2 X 10 gage steel tube, fully welded with gusset plates including reinforcing the trailer arms to the rear end.
4-wheel disc brakes (factory)
Original aluminum 16-inch IROC wheels
Exterior has the following:
All IROC body parts I have.
This car is a factory IROC z-28
Fiberglass cowl induction hood, lift up type with the factory hinges. (NOT a lift-off type).
Aerial fiberglass spoiler with LED tail lights.
Original boy needs work.
All glass still good.
Usual front end sagging and cracking.
I have all of the original badging for the IROC.
Interior has the following:
Fresh leather seating front and back from a 4th generation W6 Firebird. Passenger power 6-way.
New carpet and padding up front, Original carpet in the hatch.
Sony Explode stereo.
Custom fabricated gauge console.
New switches and controls.
I have new weatherstripping for the passenger doors along with hinges that have not been installed.
Dash pad has been restored almost new looking
Headliner needs help.
I don't know how far you wanna go but im in TX
