ISO Track Beater
I am looking for a first track car, and where better to start than my favorite generation of Camaro? I know it won't be the fastest out there, but parts will be cheap and plentiful and I'll look cool while being slow.
As mentioned before, this is my first track car, so I am not looking for something pristine and show-worthy, as there is a high likelihood that I will ball it up into a wall.
I am looking to spend around 3000 dollars, so I know I will need to make some concessions about what I am looking for. I don't really care about dings, dents, and paint condition as long as everything is where it should be and held on with more than double-sided tape. Therefore, the following are my must-haves and preferences.

MUST-HAVES
- Manual
- V8
- TBI
- Well-running powertrain (no overheating/minimal leaking/no warning lights)
- Operational gauges
- Minimal rust
- Solid, straight frame
- Must be able to be driven to Michigan without issues (I'm willing to travel)
- Rebuilt title minimum
- LSD/Posi rear end
- TPI
- No rust
- Blue
- IROC/Z28
- Wider/aftermarket wheels
- Clean/clear title
