I just had a set of Hedman 68460s ceramic coated by Perfection Powder Coating in Edmonton, 780-413-7578. The quality is as good as any other job I've seen, coated and vibratory polished inside and out.

Price varies whether it's a short or long set, and for small block or big block. If the headers have been run on an engine there's an additional charge for acid dipping. Total price on my set of used longtubes including taxes was around $307.

I was originally going to box them up and ship them down to Top Gun in Calgary. Top Gun's prices were comparable, but they were planning to raise their prices August 1. I don't know what the new rates are like. I'm told Top Gun currently has about a 3 week turnaround time, and Perfection turned mine around in just over a week.
