My Alpine deck is FUBAR

I finally got my antenna put into the GTA, only to discover that my remote lead is only powered if I turn the radio on in "CD" mode. As soon as I switch to the tuner, or if I turn it on in tuner mode, my amp won't turn on.

I love it when my crap doesn't work.
2 remotes
Jim you may have checked this already, but just in case, most Alpines have two remote leads, one for amps, and one for antenna, and they operate differently. This is one feature I really liked about Alpines, so when your not using the tuner your antenna will retract.

This is no real help, but my system functions as Matthew pointed out.

The first thing I did was check, and in the process I discovered that the power antenna wire NEVER gets power.
