I'm planing on getting the Sony CDX MP70 later on this week, Sweet unit. I don't care what anyone says about Sony. Oh, might help that my mom works there and that that $499 unitl will only run me $149 but I'd buy it anyway. I got way to many mp3's and far to many music cd's..... and no place to put them all in the car. So, with the mp3 player I'll have all the cd's I listen to frequently on 1 cd..... can't beat that.

I sell them and it is a good concept for most people, 200 songs on one CD and you don't have to lend them to your buddies because chances are that they can't play them! but if you are looking for ultimate sound quality they aren't the way to go. MP3's no matter what the sampling rate aren't as good as CD's. Now mind you you need a pretty decent system to notice thee differencee but that's why I wouldn't buy one.

i work at best buy and we just got kenwood in so bought on f hose mp3 decks, i didnt really buy it cause f the mp3 player i bought it cause i like how you can shut the internal amp off and i loks like 10 times better than my alpine did and i only paid 288 with my discount nstead of the regular 480. i do like how it has the mp3 player, but i dont know how to make file into mp3s cause when i download a song it always sais its an mp3 but you can play them on any cd player so they must not be, and when i go into my thing there is a button that says convert and i cant convert the files cause it trys to tell me they are already mp3s but they arent. anyone know whats up with that???

Yeah... just open ur burning software program... and when it asks you what kind of cd to burn... Audio... Data... or Data and Audio Mixed... click on Data... then drag and burn!

I'm thinking bout buying the Kenwood MP3 deck that the display changes colors... that looks awesome. I want one with MP3... 2 Preouts... and either a Stealth face... or one that changes colors and stuff. First... I gotta get my car exterior looking good and painted haha

The program you use to burn the cds probably converts it to wav format before it burns it. There are a few programs out there thaT DO THAT. Wav files are much bigger, so if you put a full cd on a disc, and it takes the whole thing, ort most of it, its wav format. 99% of cd players dont read mp3's, so you can bet that the program is taking care of that.

I have a Aiwa CDC-MP3 that I got with all the install stuff for $200. I have roughly 150 songs on every cd. I use Easy CD Creator 5.
