Does anyone have a 1/2 DIN Eq in there car, under the Head Unit? Do they make a special kit so that I could fit one in there or do I have to make something? My friend with a Saturn bought a kit with a place for the DIN HU and a 1/2 DIN EQ. If you have one could you post a pic so I could get an idea. Thanx.

 

just my $0.02 but couldnt you buy a mounting kit for a 1.5 din, and then just set the eq on the bottom put the HU on top, and drive the screws in from the sides, and it would all be held together, but then the trim ring from the HU might hang down and cover a tiny bit of the EQ

 

Metra makes an awesome kit. i have (had) this kit for my deck and clarion eq. there are 3 parts to it, so you have a choice of single din and single plus 1/2. check local stereo shops. most good stores carry metra.
