-DVC subs

im thinking about getting 2 12" pioneer dvc impp subs, rated at 300watts rms, and a rf 800.2 amp. is this a good setup? also crutchfield says that the ratings are per coil, does that mean there 600watts rms each?

I wouldn't spend the money on those subs, I think there is better options for the money. also int the catalog it says the 300 is for both coils combined.
