thud sound

thud sound
It si coming from the right kicker speaker, the audio system is stock other then a Panasonic Deck 50*4, it just started today, it still makes the sound if i put it on mute, but it goes away when i turn the deck off, also it does not getr louder if i make the system go louder
did i blow something?
