Process of elimination is what you need here. Start with the easiest first. Center all fader and balance controls on the deck, and try it. Yes, I know this sounds stupid, but I have seen it happen Unplug the subs from the amp. Turn the gains way down, and hook up a working test speaker to the amp. Does it play music? If yes, there is a problem with either your subs or the wiring to them. If not, look further. Pull your head unit out, unplug the RCA cables from it, and then from the amp. Take a set of known to work RCA cables, and run them over the seats from the head unit to the amp, and leave the test speaker plugged in. Any music? If yes, the problem is with the RCA cable run from the head unit to the amp, if not, then either the outputs from the deck are no good, or there is a problem with the amp. Take a portable CD player with RCA outputs, and hook that into the amp. Music? No? The amp needs work. Yes? Probably the deck. Hope this helps.
