factory amp+ another amp

alright can anyone tell me how to hook up to alpine type rs with a crappy pyramid 1000 watt amp to a factory component system in a 2001 sebring ocnvertible. its for my sister and i dont want to screw up her nice system. its all infinity stuff

my mom's 1998 chrysler minivan had infinity stuff in it, even had a subwoofer stock......

My rent's 98 Concorde LXI also had a 9 piece infinity system (240watt I believe). I'm not sure if there is a factory sub, if there is I haven't looked for it/found it but The car has plenty of room in the trunk for a huge set of subs.

hey sparyton, Im assuming you know that you have to run a power wire, RCA's, ground wire, and a remote to wherever you want to put your amp. Then i have no idea if your stock head unit has RCA's or not if it dosent you would have to get a box that plugs into one of your stock speakers and comes out into RCA's not sure what they call it sorry. Then it is just hooking up all the wires to the amp. There is much more too it than that but im assuming you know the basics, putting an inline fuse in within a foot of the battery..., running RCA's and power wires down opposite sides of car.. and on and on
