Where to put CD changer

Ok...been thinking about an RF CD changer...anyone know any good ones?

My big question though is where to put the thing. I am thinking under the passenger seat (drivers seat is power) or on one of the rear floorboards. I want it to be out of sight but somewhere I can get to it. Rear well is out, because I actually put stuff there

Are you using the lock box in the rear drivers side? If not thats a good place for it.

Yep, the lock storage area in the hatch is about the best spot. If you are going to try for under the passenger seat, make sure to check carefully for clearance, put the changer there, and move the seat up and back. Just because it fits there doesn't mean it will when a passenger is actually sitting in the seat, so check that out too. Nothing worse than making your girl ride in the back seat all the time) Wherever you choose to mount it, be sure to seal off the screws from under the car with an underbody sealant to keep them from rusting out.

I thought about the lock box to...too much dust and vibration back there, plus I stuff it full of crap If I can't get it under the seat then on the floor behind the drivers seat is my next choice...I'm tall anyone sitting behind me wont be putting there feet on the floor anyway I was wondering if anyone else had come up with a better plan.

As long as you don't have any really short passengers on that side, I suppose that is OK Just make sure to check below the car before you screw it down so you don't puncture anything important.
