Need Car Audio 101.

I'm planning on buying an amp, woofers, and head unit. And I'm gonna try to build my own ''ported'' box.

Amp: Kenwood
Woofers: Rockford Fosgates
Head unit: Pioneer

After I have fun selecting all my gear... how the hell do I hook everything up????
I need all the basics on how to hook all this stuff up, I'm lost in the electronic world.
Please help thanks a lot!!!

Its not that hard to do

i did it the first time in my subaru, then the system got jacked and i made the insurance pay for it to be done and the two installs looked the exact same

and its cheaper doing it yourself :lala:

 

Pay a little more money and buy the stuff from crutchfield. They have exellent technical support and warrenties, and also a 30 day if you don't like it you can return it warrenty. They also provide all adapters, camaro specific manuals, 30 page car stereo installation book, and a plate to go around the reciever that has the same texture as the rest of the dash, and it won't stick out an inch from the dash like most people's do.
