I was wondering if you guys think that a Roadgear setup would SLAM? Since you guys don't think my setup is appealing, I was going to rebuild it. Is 18 ga wire big enough for my new amps that I will be getting? Also is sheet metal good material for a box?

i like your other setup witht he subs with the magnets out... i dunno why everyone has a problem with it.

But my Friend has one in his CRX (don't worry i'm keeping him outta the Rice, He has the domestic mind set with an import, put $$ into the engine and tranny first then looks come last, and i told him if he puts a wing on it and thinks hes fast the camaros and stangs, then i'm not ridin with him lol )

But any wayz...The CD player works when it wants to, the Lights half work, and if the CD player decides to stop working with the CD playing, guess what, that CD is stuck in there til it decides to work again.....

 

I just pulled a RoadGear 60W amp outta my wife's minivan 'cause we're selling the van. It's on eBay right now if anyone feels less of a man!!!!!!!! LMAO!!!!!!


Anyway, it was running a 6 1/2" RoadGear bass tube that sat between the front seats and fired forward. It actually helped a lot. We never had a single problem with it. It was in there for about a year.

But just to show you what I think of them... it's going in that truck you see right next to the van. It's an '83 Chevy 1/2 ton 2wd, no carpet or headliner, 305 4spd, no A/C, and it's gonna be pushing an 8" Pyramid. :rockon:

I just wanted to clarify that the RoadGear amp I have is a 250Watt. It says so on the amp.
