Recently I bought 2 12" Kicker Impulses off of a friend, which came in a scraggly worthless box. I had MTX 8" Road Thunders, which I thought were fine, but I couldn't miss this deal because he only wanted $75.00. They worked alright in that scurvy box(for having a 200 watt MTX amp pushing them) and look fine, but the bottom line is did I screw up and buy junk?

 

for that price i doubt you screwed up. if the subs werent abused and arent damged you probably got a good deal. kickers are known to hit nicely with quality.
