Hell yeah i use ernie ***** and thats all i use. I got a fender strat black on black .. a harmony rocket (handmedown but is pretty cool) and a danelectro 12string all with Ernieballs minus the 12 string cause i dont play that much. My next guitar is gonna be a gibson explorer.

redbird, those strings are actually called GHS Guitar Boomers. They have different sets for gauge setups; I use the TNTs for my Ibanez. I usually end up getting an Ernie Ball string for my bottom A string. I tried putting a bass string on, but it just doesn't mix well with the TNTs. Give that setup a try, you might like it. If you have a seven string, go with a 60 gauge Ernie Ball for that bottom A. SEEYA
