yeah my post explains everything ive tried a few spots before but they all made the amp very moody is i went over a bump it would shut off and then eventually turn back on i check the remote wire and power wire the rest of the speakers worked but the subs just stoped bumping so wheres a definate ground source in the back???

 

If you take off the cover for the spare and look up in there towards the front of the car you will see a large nut That is where I put mine. Just loosen it up put the wire under there and tighten the crap out of it. I have driven down some crappy roads and it has never come undone. And I used 4 guage wire.

Yup mines is in the same spot, works good for over a year

 

sweet before i used a spot under the carpet and when i looked at it it had alot of singed marks from arcing is my guess guess i wont to that again
